Painting Class?
"Poppies in a Jar" is a pre-recorded painting class is where I share my process for painting - from start to finish - painting these beautiful poppies with fantastic light shining from the right side.
Before we begin painting we will discuss the challenges and things to be aware of like
> how to paint all the lines of the stems as a shape
> working dark to light
> exaggerating the blossoms in the light by adding white/yellow
> how to vary the chroma in the reds in the shadow vs the reds in the light.
It is a great study in light and color with very clear shadow shapes and light shapes.
